Webサイトの大事な役割であり、運用が大変なものが、「コンテンツ作成」です。
自身のサイトのコンセプトに適うコンテンツを新規で作成し、改善更新することはサイト運用でとても重要です。
しかし、重要なのはわかっているけれど、なかなか手をつけることができない。
そんな悩みを抱えている方は多くいると思います。
当方、フリーのWeb担当として、クライアントのWEBサイトを定額で改善する事業をしています。コンテンツ作成への悩みは、クライアントさんしかり、当方自身も実は悩んでいます。
今回は、コンテンツ作成をより効率的に進めるアプローチの紹介です。

動画コンテンツをテキストコンテンツに転用する
クライアントさんなどには、動画コンテンツをテキストコンテンツに転用する施策提案する機会が増えてます。
動画は、映像、音声の要素があり、動画データは音声データや文字データ、画像データに転用加工することができます。
つまり、動画を撮ってしまい、そのデータから、各媒体に合わせたデータへ加工し展開していきましょう。
という提案です。
動画データを文字データ転用する実例
動画データを文字データ転用する実例を紹介します。
たとえば、YouTube動画は字幕表示できます。
さらに、その字幕はDL（ダウンロード）できます。
手順は下記です。
- YouTubeに動画up
- 字幕をDL
- DLデータの文章整形
- 動画からキャプチャ画像作成
- 文字と画像で記事化
各手順をもう少し見ていきましょう。

１ YouTubeに動画up
You Tubeは上部に動画UPするボタンがあります。
適宜アカウント作成し、動画をUP、非公開等で閲覧範囲をコントロールしましょう。
２ 字幕をDL
今回はすでにYou Tube上にある動画を例に字幕DLします。
動画の下部の赤枠に、字幕ボタンがあります。
クリックすると、赤枠、字幕が表示されます。
字幕が表示されることは分かりました。
次に、文字データとしてDLする作業です。
「You Tube 字幕 ダウンロード」とGoogle検索すれば、いくつかサイトがヒットします。
今回は、
で作業します。
TOP画面より、先のYou Tube動画のURLを入力し、緑ボタンをクリックします。
完了すると、下記画面になるので、赤枠「TXT」で拡張.txt(メモ帳のファイル拡張子)でDLします。
ファイルを開いてみると、

if we’re to live up to our own time then
victory won’t lie in the blade but in
all the bridges we’ve made that
is the promise to glade the hill we
climb if only
we dare it because being american
is more than a pride we inherit it’s the
past
we step into and how we repair it
we’ve seen a forest that would shatter
our nation
rather than share it would destroy our
country if it meant delaying
democracy and this effort very nearly
succeeded but while democracy can be
periodically delayed it could never
be permanently defeated in this truth
in this faith we trust for while we have
our eyes on the future
history has its eyes on us
this is the era of just redemption
we feared it at its inception we did not
feel prepared
to be the heirs of such a terrifying
hour but within it we found the power
to author a new chapter to offer hope
and laughter to ourselves so while once
we asked how could we possibly prevail
over catastrophe now
we assert how could catastrophe
possibly prevail over us we will not
march
back to what was but move to what shall
be
a country that is bruised but whole
benevolent
but bold fierce and free we will not be
turned around or interrupted by
intimidation
because we know our inaction and inertia
will be the inheritance of the next
generation our blenders
become their burdens but one thing is
certain
if we merge mercy with might
and might with rights then love
becomes our legacy and change
our children’s birthright so let us
leave behind a country better than one
we were left with
every breath from my bronze pounded
chest we will raise this wounded world
into a wondrous one we will rise from
the gold-limbed hills
of the west we will rise from the wind
swept northeast where our forefathers
first
realized revolution we will rise from
the lake rim cities
of the midwestern states we will rise
from the sun baked south we will
rebuild reconcile and recover and every
known nook
of our nation in every corner called our
country
our people diverse and beautiful will
emerge
battered and beautiful when day comes we
step
out of the shade of flame and unafraid

３ DLデータの文章整形
２の工程で文字データファイルが手元に用意できましたので、誤字脱字等を修正ます。
４ 動画からキャプチャ画像作成
サイト上に記事にしてく際には、動画をキャプチャ画像として取得保存して適宜活用すると良いでしょう。
PCであれば、フルスクリーン表示にして、キーボードで「Print Screen」ボタンを押すとキャプチャ画像がコピーできるので、ペイントツールなどでペーストするとサクッと作成できます。
５ 文字と画像で記事化
４までで用意できた文字データと画像データをつかい、記事を作成していきます。
